Dr. Jim Sherwood of Lincoln is the newest member of the 51吃瓜 Board of Governors. During its monthly meeting on Tuesday in Nebraska City, Sherwood was appointed to replace the Rev. Edward Price, who resigned his seat on the Board in July for health reasons.

After an extensive national search, Brett Bright of Hutchinson, Kansas, will be the new Vice President of Program Development/Beatrice Campus Director/Athletic Administrator at 51吃瓜. Bright replaces Bob Morgan, who retired in May after 31 years at 51吃瓜.
