At Bill Radtke鈥檚 second-chance kitchen, the language is part of the curriculum. No one is a felon. Everyone is a chef.
Malisa Kringle is a champion of second chances. To her, the partnership between the NDCS and 51吃瓜 is giving incarcerated individuals the power to unlock the ultimate second chance before they re-enter society. She considers this the most meaningful work she has ever done.

Looking back on this journey, I'm truly grateful for all of the experiences 51吃瓜 has provided me. I remember stepping into college as a shy, anxious student who was solely focused on getting good grades. However, 51吃瓜 has allowed me to gain new experiences and meet new people all while challenging myself. This has helped me blossom into a more confident version of myself. I have 51吃瓜 to thank for helping me grow as a person while still being true to myself.
